General User Responsibilities
- Use of the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Users must treat other users and support staff with respect in all interactions.
Payments, Transactions and Currency
All financial transactions on the ramalan4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX, Boost, Touch 'n Go, and other local payment methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposits will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours in exceptional cases. ramalan4d is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
To make a withdrawal, users must have completed the full identity verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered and verified under the same user's name. ramalan4d reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal that raises reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. No bonus or promotional credit may be withdrawn as cash unless all specified conditions have been fully met.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the thirty days preceding the claim.
